CAD Detailer
• BS Architecture Graduate
• 2 to 3 years experience, preferably with experience in Workplace and Commercial Interiors.
• Well versed in computer software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Illustrator and Microsoft Office).
• Able to work under pressure, ability to meet tight dateline and with a great striving attitude.
• Willing to work in Makati Office.
Jobs Description
• Translates all concepts and space plans into working drawings for tender and construction.
• Creates detailed Tender drawings as reference for bidding.
• Creates detailed construction drawings for implementation.
• Generates Evacuation Plans as a requirement of BFP for the issuance of Occupancy Permit.
