Requirements:
Knows how to talk to clients (well mannered, good customer service and can communicate well), the job requires talking with clients as well
Has very good understanding of construction and materials used from ground up
Has good coordination and organization skills
Can work in Quezon City – New Manila and Sta Mesa Heights Area for our projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
Able to explain the architectural plans to potential buyers
Communicates with buyers about their inquiries and requests regarding their purchased property
Coordinates any changes with the site construction engineers
Heads the punchlisting and turnover of units to the buyer
Monitors and coordinates repair requests of unit owners with suppliers and contractors
