Role and Responsibilities
Description:
Our Preparer/ staff will need to ensure that they have a strong understanding of:
• Their Region/Market –Key people from those markets. Have a high-level understanding of the markets they are part of and its dynamics like size, people, competency, clients, tier, etc.
• The regional leader and partners in their market
• The scope - what we are doing for them. what else we can do from our current portfolio; what unprecedented services are popping up. The activities we are performing for the market and understand another preparer’s work as a backup
• Team Dynamics: Needs to have a complete understanding of the market teams in the region
• Understanding of Tools: Mercury, Workflow, WIP, etc. with an ability to suggest improvement ideas
• Engagement Life Cycle: Preparers should have a good understanding of the entire WorkSmart Engagement Life cycle
Our preparers/ staffs are accountable for
• Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex EMS Activities for their respective engagement teams.
• Preparer should have a complete understanding of the engagement teams BoB and provide periodic analysis to the Partner / team members of the engagement’s financial status.
• Have regular catch up with engagement teams to get a thorough picture of engagement financial status.
• Resolve complaints from Engagement Teams.
• Analyse the current activities and recommend additional EMS services.
• Ensure on time delivery with self-review.
• Ensure reviewer reviews the request before delivering the final output to the engagement teams
• Ensure error free and 100% quality of deliverables with zero escalation and ensure there is no rework.
• Delivery and expansion/growth of their Market penetration and Customer Retention
a. Work with the Market Leader and proactively identify opportunities to offer up services on accounts (monitor pursuits; wins, engagements)
b. Assist Market Leader with white spots analysis by Market and work with them to strategies further expansion and penetration
• Reporting escalations to the Market Leader and consulting on solutions before implementing anything
• Assist other team members complete their tasks in case needed.
• Keep their skills up to date and upskill periodically meet badge compliance
• Customer Experience: Drive customer experience in every request they handle
• Utilization: Ensure they meet minimum utilization requirement
• Absenteeism: Ensure no unauthorized absenteeism
• Team Morale: Be a team player.
• Have regular connect with stakeholders to ascertain health of the business.
• Ensure regular feedback to the reviewer
• Ensure regular feedback to the requestor
Qualifications:
Must be Bachelor's Degree in any 4 years course.At least 3 yrs exposure in People Management.Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Available to work in McKinley West if needed.Experience in Finance and Accounting is advantage but not required.
