OB SUMMARY:
Responsible for presenting the lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.May coordinate promotions to increase number of tenants.Thorough knowledge of department processes.Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.JOB SPECIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years experience in the on-site leasing field. 2-3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and presentation skills.Has a leadership ability.The candidate must be willing to work in Davao City
