PROCESS TRAINER - Eastwood (pioneer local telco)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting pre-process and process training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competenciesDeliver and facilitate Pre-Process and Process TrainingsTake up new hire Training batchesMaintain attrition and throughput as per process guidelinesCoach and counsel where-ever neededdocument Training reports and trackersConduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags (if any)Provide feedback to specific areas of opportunityProvides Training Needs AnalysisCoach associates on DSAT with a clear understanding of process requirementGenerate and maintain regular reportsUnderstand process requirementConduct regular audits to check training effectivenessConduct Recursive Training based on the Training Need Identification/Analysis received from Operations/QualityHelps in creating training modules/curriculumOther tasks that may be required/assigned by the supervisor/manager as required by the business

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust possess good presentation skillsExcellent Organizational and planning skillsGood understanding of Group Dynamics (diversity)Analytic and Results OrientedMust be willing to work onsite in Eastwood City, Libis, QC
