The Universal Trainer is responsible for facilitating Communication and Product Specific Training using adult classroom methodologies (both traditional and virtual) to support client programs. This ensures that the agents are prepared for production guaranteeing a superior workforce. The trainer contributes to overall agent performance with the capability of delivering seamless and effortless customer experience.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor degree in related field, Degree in Education, Communication, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferredMinimum 3 years training experience required1 year experience training in a call center preferredCan clearly communicate with various functional groups and clients in conversational and business English both oral and writtenKnowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint) application softwareCultural knowledge and exposure to host country preferredMust be amenable to work on shifting schedulesCan start ASAPWilling to work onsite - Mandaluyong
