Main Responsibility
The position is responsible for providing assistance on technology projects and technical support requirements of the hotel in a timely and efficient manner to the employees and guests. Also, provide over all maintenance and upkeep of all hotels’ equipment’s, servers and workstations.
Major areas of responsibility/management include, but are not limited to, day-to-day operation of the different systems used in the Hotel, proper operation of all workstations in the Hotel, IT support to employees and guests, upkeep and maintenance of IT equipment and assist in the online booking system. Work closely with the MIS Supervisor and MIS Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel's goals and objectives.
