SUBSIDIARIES ASSET MANAGEMENT SECTION MANAGER

Basic Qualifications: At least 5 - 8 years management experience in Finance, Accounting or Treasury;Has adequate knowledge in Financial Reporting, BIR Returns, Business and Property Taxes;Has good experience in the use of online Accounting System, online Banking and payment platforms;Preferred work experience in a real estate company;Has specialized knowledge in real estate processing (TCT, Tax Declaration, Tracer, Tax Clearance and other documents);Has substantial experience in selling or leasing real estate properties or property administration or custodianship;Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a CPA;Has very effective communication and interpersonal skills;Must be willing to learn business development and implement business process improvement; andMust be physically fit and willing to travel. Job Scope/ Summary: Review the financial statements of the subsidiary companies on a monthly and annual basis;Oversee the filing and payment of withholding tax on wages (WTW), expanded withholding tax (EWT), and documentary Stamp Tax (DST), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Income Tax to BIR;Facilitate payment of Real Property Tax and Local Business Tax on a quarterly basis;Support the Handling Lawyer in land titling applications, negotiation, documentation, procurement, and other legal matters;Manage the sale of idle real estate properties and leasing of properties being used by Atlas Fertilizer Corporation; Quarterly Reporting to the Board of Directors on results of operations, dividend payout, progress reports on projects and development;Facilitate implementation of online Banking and Payment System for the subsidiary companies; andMigration from current Excel Accounting System to online Accounting System (SAP/Quick Books) for the subsidiary companies.
