Learning Project Director

The Learning Project Director will manage the planning, development, implementation, and measurement of training programs globally.

Establish and execute strategic and tactical activities related to company-wide training programs. Responsible for analysis and post- training assessments to link training facilitation and curriculum effectiveness to key performance indictors and processes. Implement post-training strategies designed to improve and maintain performance expectations.

This role has an impact on our global training programs, new hire performance, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and ensure training delivery (New Hire + Ongoing) globallyPartner with all internal stakeholders and partners to support revenue growth and demands from the businessConduct and lead detailed gaps & needs analysis to identify learning objectives and post-training assessment initiatives forthe programPlan and conduct detailed performance and compliance-to-plan reviewsPartner with stakeholders to determine needs and priorities within the businessLead special projects related to new business developments that require specialized training attentionEnsure consistency of training design, delivery and execution; proactively provide relevant feedback, suggestions and bestpractices to improve resultsCreate and report business information and metrics as mandatedAttach and validate ROI to all projectsEnsure updated knowledge of the program at all timesEnsure project plans are kept up to date and risk to plan is called out to leadership in a timely manner

Qualifications

Strong communication, project management and presentation skillsStrong analytical and assessment skills; ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to create and executeworkable solutionsStrong planning and organization skills; ability to think ahead, conceptualize and plan for eventsUnderstanding of Learning and Development theories and modelsExperienced in the training life cycle from content needs assessment, content creation, facilitation, and post training assessmentStrong computer skills; Microsoft Project experience preferredAbility to make decisions, use judgment and intuition to function in a matrixed and dynamic environment; able to handle loadand deadline related pressuresAbility to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processesAbility to work a flexible schedule; Travel required
