Training Supervisor (Travel Account)

Job Description:

To deliver training to employees following company training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports.To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT periodTo conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required.To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training materialReporting and driving the production and accuracy for the team.Perform the on floor training activities.Conduct Batches: Conduct NH, cross skill and up skill batches and ensure quality certification by meeting throughput, FCR and learning curve targetsTraining Performance: End to end responsibility of training deliverables like throughput, certification, early production performance, etc. Reporting: Ensure all training reports including internal stakeholder and clients should be shared on time accuratelyReview: Should be able to create review decks, present them and maintain action registry for closure of open itemsContent Creation: Should be able to conduct TNI (Training Need Identification) and make changes in training plan accordinglyKnowledge Management: Ensure floor agents go through timely monthly check, floor refreshers, etc.Stakeholder Management: Should be able to manage internal communication with peers, stakeholdersClient Management: Should be able to manage client communication with clients, which will include reports, reviews, audits, etc.Coordination: Coordination within and outside team to ensure activities and run smoothly

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in CollegeMust have at least 2 years of working experience as a Product Trainer in a BPO Travel/Airline Account setting Must have airline/travel backgroundAmenable to work in Bridgetowne - Quezon City site
