Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science Education, Mass Communications or equivalent.With relevant experience in training needs analysis and facilitationWith background in organization developmentWith excellent verbal and communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities:
Direct the needs assessment for organization development, training and staff development to enhance effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.Facilitate communication among employees and management and to guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and the like.Provide expertise strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relation efforts.Design and develop organization development and training programs for management and employees. Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.Conduct needs assessments to determine measure required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
