Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional Artisan Baker experience in high-volume production.Proven experience in using a variety of baking methods, preferably skilled in using traditional ovens.Proven track of pastry preparation, presentation, and preservation knowledge is essential.Ability to accurately read and understand recipes and menus, estimate food inventory requirements, check production and keep all records as needed.Ability to taste products for quality and adjust recipes accordingly for a quality resultAbility to provide training with new and less experienced staffKnowledge of merchandising and presentation techniques for distributed/ or displayed itemsMust be able to work under pressure and complete time-sensitive assignments or projectsMust be flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and situationsMust be able to work at least 8-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functionsJob Type: Full-time
