Job Description:

We're looking for a Learning Facilitator to provide learning solutions to our Global Operations. You will join our Learning and Knowledge Management team and take charge of facilitating learning opportunities for Global WAM Operations staff and leaders (onshore and offshore) through in-class and virtual delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and support learner-centric training programs to multiple audiences in multiple locations and/or time zonesManage in-class or virtual groups of up to 20 learners per program deliveryProvide effective leadership, coaching, support, training, and motivation to groups of learners, focusing on adult learning principlesConnect key concepts for learners to organizational values, culture and strategic prioritiesEarly identification of learner risk and fit during facilitation to initiate the risk mitigation process with the Manager of Learning and Knowledge Management and business partner leadersQualitatively assess learning and knowledge transfer for both in-class and virtual learnersRecommend, plan, and implement learning risk mitigation strategies during and after trainingPlan and host regular learning progress updates with business leadersConduct learning interventions and huddles during warranty periodsCoordinate any identified improvements to curriculum with the Learning Designers and Learning SpecialistsCollaborate with the Learning Specialists and Learning Designers to make detailed facilitator guides for all delivered programsCollaborate with the Learning Designers to support creation of strong learning retention contentAccountable for reviewing post-facilitation metrics and adapting performance accordinglyRole modelling values-based behaviors in an informal leader modelCoordinate all aspects of learning delivery

Qualifications:

Strong ability to present information, instructions, and directions to manage learnersLearn new information quickly and collaborate effectively with internal and external partnersProven virtual facilitation skills that can engage online learnersDemonstrated experience in adult learning theory and methodology, with the ability to apply to program development, delivery, and evaluationAdult Education certification is a plusFacilitation certification is a plusStrong technical skills and experience with learning and facilitations softwareExcellent written and verbal communications skills, proof reading skills, and documentation skillsFinancial services experience is an assetBilingual (English and French) is an asset
