Responsibilities
-Train and verify drivers based on set Verified target
- Recommend driver training and process improvements to Supervisor
- Review pipeline scheduling & complete training tracking sheets
- Collect cash related to driver training, track and handover to Accounting Work with Accounting to ensure accurate, documented, and timely remittance of all cash collected from merchant applicants in bank account
- Enforce all SOPs developed
- Enforce all Operations policies developed
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of Special Projects or Campaigns
-Preferably with Experience in Logistics
