QUALIFICATIONS
Engineer or Equivalent, Educ or Psych GraduateAt least 3- 5 years experience in semiconductor/electronic industry as process, product, quality engineer or equivalent.Has considerable experience in development and execution of technical and skill-up training, facilitation of adult learning, and partnering with functional/department headsExcellent communication and facilitation skills.With advanced skills as trainer and facilitator of technical and engineering core tools trainingKnowledgeable in process trainingMust have semicon backgroundProficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Flexible, adaptable and accommodatingApplicants must be willing to work in MUNTINLUPA (Full-time onsite)
