Join our Business Enablement Service (BES) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a Business Enablement Service professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help SGV/EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support SGV/EY's growth and Profitability. Major teams within Business Enablement Service include Finance, Information Technology Services, People Team, Learning and Development, Brand & Marketing and Communications, Risk Management, Business Support Group.
Job summary:
We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) manager who will be responsible for the coordination of the training development of the company. As a program manager, your job is to understand, analyze and identify training needs, evaluate training feedbacks, and maintain training records.
You will work closely between key stakeholders across various Service Lines in the firm and will be instrumental in supporting and developing our people, guided by senior leaders. As an effective communicator, you’ll be a confident team player that collaborates with people from various teams while looking to develop your career in a dynamic organization. Matured enough to anticipate changes and forward-looking to agilely respond to challenges.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinates with Regional and local L&D Leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and Facilitators, for program planning and deployment.Creates and maintains calendar of training events for the assigned Service Line (Assurance).Plans target participants and communicates details of training events to learners and facilitators.Ensures preparation of training event logistics, backroom, and PRC requirements prior to the session.Ensures post training requirements are completed, recorded in LMS, and provides data for CPD awarding.Creates Fiscal Year Training budget and monitor its usageCapable of supporting Facilitator deployment during sessions.Facilitates firmwide and soft skill trainings if necessaryAny other duties assignedOther Skills and attributes needed:
Proficiency in MS office applications (Suite, Excel, PowerPoint)Team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skillsExcellent Database Management skills (Detail oriented and possess initiative)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible, creative, proactiveAbility to work under pressure.To qualify, candidates must have:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communication or equivalent3-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).Working knowledge of the following activities and processes: Events Coordination, Data Monitoring, Facilitating learning sessions (online/ F2F)
