The Instructional Designer’s primary role is curriculum design and development with limited facilitation requirements. Conducts integrated training needs assessments, designs, coordinates, delivers and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs to support call center operations. Delivery methods include instructor-led trainings, and e-Learning design and delivery.
Develops instructor-led and computer-based training curricula, handbooks, job aids, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works including use and support of a Learning Management SystemManages content review process which includes validating learning objectives, putting in place changes and updates as needed, course effectiveness, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.Gathers up-to-date information and integrates feedback into best practicesDemonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Training and Development or Design/Multimedia or equivalent2 to 5 years of work experience in design, development and delivery of training materialsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentBackground in training and adult learning theory and instructional design principlesKnowledge and experience with the ADDIE model
