This role is responsible for the structured HR Generalist and Operational functions in accordance to the established policies and procedures.
Talent Acquisition
Check application documents, in coordination with HR Business Partners, to ensure accuracy of details for the Job OfferConduct Job Offer and Requirements to candidatesMonitor and check of pre-employment requirements for onboardingAssist candidates in line with onboarding and Coodinate with the ClientCompensation
Support payroll team with the necessary requirements for processingMaintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS detailsMonitor and process employees' regularizationMonitor and process employees' performance appraisal, promotion and other employment movementBenefits
Process both government and company-initiated benefits of employeesEnrolment and Deletion of membership with 3rd party provider of benefits, if applicableExtend assistance to employees to their queries in relation to benefitsGovernment enrollment and updatesEmployee Engagement
Take part in planning up to execution of institutionalized events and activitiesEmployee dissemination - Portal posting for memos and adsAddress employee queries and concerns via mail and callLabor Relations
Handle employee disciplinary action and enforce company policy - from notice preparation up to servingConduct counseling and administrative hearingClose coordination with legal departmentOthers
