Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needsCreate and modify storyboardsWrite and edit instructional text, audio scripts, and screenplays in EnglishCreate custom code and interface elements for digital media projectsIdentify, adopt, and support evolving digital media technologiesWill perform train-the-trainer, virtual training and webinar sessions

Qualifications

Proficient and knowledgeable in ADDIE, SCORM and/or AICC; xAPI is a distinct advantageExpertise in HTML5/CSS/Javascript and basic Web Design Principles; experience in mobile app development is a plusExperience with UX/UI developmentKnowledge of Adobe Captivate is a mustExperience developing web-based coursesExperience with various Learning Management System is a mustStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent Microsoft Office skills are needed

Education Background

Minimum 2 years ISD and L & D experience, 3+ year's experience is preferredMinimum 3 years of college or universityBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related educational field is preferredMaster's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related educational field is a distinct advantage
