This is a post in Talent Acquisition Department that will cover trainer and recruiter tasks.Duties/Responsibilities:Deliver training classes on all aspects of Talent Acquisition projects, including soft skills and technical skills (both small & large class sizes)Supervise participants while in their training periodDevelop training materialsManage New Hire, Conversion& Enhancement Training activityAssess participant and class performancePerform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.Conduct initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positionsAdminister assessments related to the hiring processCoordinate with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicantsMaintain and update trackers / databaseKnowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skillsProficient in MS Office ApplicationsHas ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organizationHas a Bachelor's Degree in any courseHas at least 6months of training experienceUnderstands Learning PrinciplesKnowledge of general recruitment processes and testing
