JOB DEscriptION
Conduct training sessions for both technical (engineers and architects) and non-technical (corporate) professionalsdocument training curriculum and determine instructional methods such as one-on-one training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, and workshopsEffectively identify and assess training needs (Training Needs Analysis)Test and evaluate trainees to effectively measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of trainingsPlan and craft engagement programs and prepare budget for approvalImplement policies and efficiently execute training and engagement programs as scheduledHelp measure success of all events through timely employee feedbackPrepare reports to the management and make recommendations for improvement as necessaryIn charge of safekeeping all training records, engagement programsQUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With demonstrated experience in training technical and corporate professionals and in leading engagement programsRequired Skill(s): Strong analytical skills, Ability to speak and communicate effectively, Able to function independently, Customer Service Skills, Strong Planning and Organizational Skills, Excellent Coordination, scheduling and with attention to detailPreferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.This position is for a subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corporation.
