Opening Team Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage new store opening from planning to business operation, coordinating to all support department.Monitor manpower completion and training, delivery of equipment and coordination to all mall and store operation requirements.In charge with store training, system implementation and guidance until turnover to store home base team.Create and execute initial plans of marketing and sales generating activity working with the area manager and store branch head.Opening Team Manager will be deployed in the store that needs assistance on system alignment and re training of the team.On duty during bulk order or reservation, and special event that is required by operation.Emergency Manager, any operational situation that will require immediate assistance.Store audit to check store compliance to standards and system, retrain store personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to cope under pressureStrong planning and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and confidently make business decisionsWilling to work in different locations and shifting schedule.
