Job DescriptionEnsures that the Lending Units are in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations governing the credit process as well as the terms and conditions of individual loan approvals; Assesses if there are irregular practices, red flags, collateral and documentary deficiencies that heightens the Bank’s vulnerability to credit losses; evaluates existing credit classifications and recommend downgrade / upgrade in the ratings if necessary.Job QualificationsGraduate of Business or Finance courseMinimum of 2-year supervisory exposure in credit-related work, e.g. credit risk, credit management, credit policy, loan operations, account management or internal audit, obtained from at least a middle-sized financial institution. Management trainees that has completed the Supervisory Development Program of the Bank are also acceptableManagerial skills such as planning, organizing, leading, problem solving, and decision makingFamiliarity with credit process and regulatory guidelines on credit risk managementHigh level technical skills in relation to financial analysis and MS Office applicationsGood presentation skills for conducting training courses and exit discussions
