JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
At least 7 years managerial experience in any food or restaurant establishmentGraduate of any 4 year course preferably Business ManagementThe Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Manages the budget to make the branches profitable.Leads the overall operations of Food Service for the delivery of all KPI targets.Supports all Food Service Marketing Plans and Programs to increase top line.Develops branch local marketing programs to increase the top line.Communicates the plans of the company to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business.Supports engagement programs and activities of the company to improve employee morale and promote a culture of recognition.Manages and motivates the staff to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.Manages, identifies and implements best practices acquired through benchmarking.Conducts twice a year performance appraisal of all Branch Heads within the region.Develops and manages training plans for improvement of non-performing managers.Issues disciplinary action to erring employees.Identifies and highlights further opportunities for services and process improvements. (Checklists, Operations Audits and the like, taking immediate corrective action)Ensures facility upkeep in coordination with FacilitiesVisits assigned branches at least once a weekKRA
