JOB SUMMARY
Maxeon is seeking a Demand Planning Team Lead to provide team strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission. The Demand Planning Team Lead reports to the Demand Planning Manager.
KEY RESPonSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.Analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets.evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives.Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.Generates reports and action plans out of the data gathered.Provides update to Regional Planning team on CSAT survey results and SLA performance status.Collaborates with TOD team on how to support the individual training need and development plan of Demand Planners.Provides support to team members in process improvement initiatives and project implementationMonitors company policies (business code of conduct) are observed by team members.Conducts adhoc activities as required by the Regional Demand Planning team and SSO Demand Planning Manager.Performs other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.Works on problems and projects of diverse complexity.Engages in analyses requiring evaluation of identifiable factors.Exercises independent judgment within generally defined boundaries.Networks with senior individuals, internally and externally, within own area of expertise.Collaborates with discipline and diverse multi-discipline team members on a regular and recurring basis.Encourages collaboration by engaging others in problem solving.Proactively engages with functional experts, data sources, and end users to improve overall service delivery.Identifies issues, resolving where possible, elevating to higher levels when necessary.Applies diverse experience from multiple projects to solve problems, benefit the project team and/or improve functional or process roadmaps.Delivers results that positively impact client/user work effectiveness and efficiency.Demonstrates strong understanding of project scope and logic, including anticipated business outcomes.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Statistics, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Supply Chain ManagementAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in people managementKnowledgeable in forecasting/supply planning tools (Demantra & Kinaxis)Must be a catalyst leaderStrong financial backgroundUndergo basic Leadership trainingsMust have strong analytical and leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsCommunicates effectively with top executive management, sales, internal and external customersExceptional ability to solve problems and coordinate with global team membersKnowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc.Must be detail-oriented and accurateExpertise in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other MS office applicationsKnowledgeable and experienced in the use of Oracle ERP systemsLanguage/s: English
