The HR Business Partner is responsible for the administration of all Human Resources areas in the regional business operations. He/She is responsible for providing development, integration, and delivery of the management of human resources strategies for the assigned business units/district/division in order to support regional business operations.
The HR Business Partner manages employee relationships and acts as the first point of contact for all local HR mattersManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Visayas and Mindanao branchesAssist in the implementation of employee due process and disciplinary actionsProvide support in other ad-hoc activities and projectsJob Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 2 years of work experience in Recruitment or General HR functionAverage verbal and written communication skillsGood time management skillsProficient in computer operations/applicationsAble to multi-task, must be organized and proactiveGood in file and records managementPreferably candidate who can start immediately
