Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Operator.
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machine/s, covering activities from start-up to shutdown, in compliance with standard operating procedures and respective work instructions.
What are the Responsibilities?
Operate and maintain the machine based on the applicable standard operating procedures, work instructions, and machine manuals, following standards and systems including, but not limited to, safety, product & process quality, and preventive & corrective maintenance;Conduct basic equipment care (BEC), cleaning & sanitation activities, and machine preparation based on start-up, shutdown and cleaning procedures;Conduct inspection and sampling activities, and coordinate with the Production Supervisor non-conformances based on product & process indices, BEC checklists, hazard & risk assessments, and other standards & systems implemented;Ensure implementation of policies and standards related, but not limited to, EHS Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC; and as in the case may be, form part of the Internal Audit team and ensure compliance on established management systems mentioned;Accomplish production reports, inventory reports, and/or production monitoring sheets; and attend turnover activities;What are the Qualifications?
Graduate of technical/vocational, engineering or engineering-related courses, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; technical certifications and/or license is an advantage;With or without experience, but experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage;Familiarity on relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC, is an advantage;With considerably significant communication and administrative skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel); andHas a good team-player, customer-centric and innovative work attitudeCOMPANY OVERVIEW
