Job Overview

Provide an accurate, complete, and customer-friendly response when handling ticket service to employeesEnsure all compensation and benefits tickets logged on the SNOW is resolvedAdminister compensation and benefits process scheme or report efficiently and within agreed timelinesCreate and submit a report to the Vendor or to the Process OwnerLiaise with Payroll and other functional team in order to obtain necessary information to resolve queries
