Job Description
• Taking notes and minutes in meetings
• Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
• Finding ways to improve administrative processes
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Costing and Marketing
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assisting the Manager with operational issues
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Requirements:
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be knowledgeable with restaurant operations
• Willing to travel to different branches
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
