Experience your best self with URC!Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Projects Coordinator.The Projects Coordinator works closely with the Accounts Lead in managing / trafficking projects and servicing clients. This position manages, and coordinates for, brand creatives projects, as well as addresses concerns and issues that may arise during execution of projects. The Projects Coordinator will also act as alternate and support to the Accounts Lead. Communication (oral and written), analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills are required, as well as a basic understanding of brand marketing, advertising and digital communications.What are the Responsibilities?ACCOUNT SERVICING - Directly assists accounts lead in arranging, scheduling, and attending alignment and project briefing with proponents. Provides quick steps to access URCreatives’ portal for JR filing. Oversees and organizes production materials (photos, videos, related visuals, script, technical guide etc) for designers/editors. Relays and discusses creative concept, layout and design requirements with artists. Initiates checking and proofreading of videos and design materials. Addresses issues & concerns for seamless and continuous workflow. PROJECT COORDINATION / MONITORING: Provides partners/clients updates on project development. Sends call reports / minutes as necessary. Recommends project timetable, schedules events and project preparations and ensures tasks are delivered on time. Secures office building and security permits and parking reservations during events. Creates shoot / project organizer and production checklist for continuous and organized project implementation. CREATIVE DIRECTION - Shares creative and artistic suggestions/inputs on design and production requirements. Actively participates in brainstorming, ideation and alignment sessions with artists and proponents. CORPORATE PROJECTS - Handles production of the URC annual report (overall coordinator of annual report process / agency management / trafficking & gathering of materials and approvals / design & production). Handles production for Annual Stockholders Meetings of URC and JGSH. Handles branding and merchandising materials for IPOs, Bond Offerings and other corporate events. Assists various JGSH SPRECIAL PROJECTS: Supports accounts, brand creatives leads and URcreatives supervisor during the preparation and implementation of projects, trainings, learning activities and events within the team through announcement emails, schedules and other coordination requirements.  NON-URC PROJECTS / EVENTS: Works closely with accounts lead in data gathering, work schedules, security and building permits, task assignments and logistics requirements for non-URC requests and endorsements. What are the Qualifications?College graduate in Communications or any other equivalentAt least 1-2 years' experience in Account Management or Client ServicingWith previous experience in a Food and Beverage / FMCG industry an advantageMust have excellent stakeholder management, leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong quality and process-based orientationCOMPANY OVERVIEWUniversal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
