The HR Employee Engagement Manager leads the development of employee engagement programs aimed to increase engagement and retention of the workforce. He/she is also responsible for promoting the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) attributes through internal platforms and collaborating with different stakeholders to implement various programs to manage attrition by increasing productivity, promote physical and mental wellness, assist with financial well-being, and establish strong company culture and community building.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Leads the overall strategy formulation and implementation of long-term and sustainable Employee Engagement programs and strategies designed to promote and support company values, improve organizational relationships, motivation, productivity, and employee well-being to achieve work-life balance.Spearheads employee-related activities/events such as Rewards and Recognitions, launching of new campaigns/splits, employee health and wellness programs, employee engagement programs, perks, culture-building activities, retention programs, and all other activities toward employee engagement.Keeps track of engagement levels of employees by partnering with different groups such as but not limited to HR Operations and Corporate HR.Researches, identifies, and validates the common employee engagement drivers within the assigned division or agreed vertical.Directs, coordinates, and monitors internal communication programs, ensuring the proper roll-out and management of marketing communications programs through various platforms.Ensures cost efficiency of the implemented employee engagement activitiesLeads initiatives to maximize the utilization of various platforms designed for employees (i.e. HR CORE, MyHR)Crafts and reports post activity evaluation to ensure consistency of quality of deployed EE projects on the assigned verticalJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or other related coursesWith at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee engagement, employee relations or business partneringMust have excellent interpersonal / organization / project management skillsMust have high sense of confidentialityMust be creative, initiative-driven and results-orientedMust have above average English communications skillsMust have strong client management, negotiation, data collection and presentation skills.
