Prepares the Manufacturing Test Certificates according to documented procedures. Ensure timely reporting of all Quality Assurance Indices. Prepares memoranda, reports, studies, special instructions, standards, and other related documents necessary to the operation. Keeps and maintains the department's electronic media files/records according to documented procedures. Coordinates with third parties and/or testing agencies for the necessary testing analysis of the products and calibration of equipment.Assist inspection activities from incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final outgoing inspection.Prepared Quality Control Log sheet that will be needed during production.Request samples that need to conduct for the requirements of CE Markings.Ensure that all the Inbound and outbound documents must be logged and filed properly in the designated file.Ensure that all the inspection reports must be logged and monitored.Ensure that all the outbound pictures must be uploaded and available on time. Monitor and encode all the testing reports. Monitor the Periodical Test Registry. Monitor all the calibration activities.Maintain a reliable and efficient physical and digital library for Quality data.
