Job brief
Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible to organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.
Responsibilities:
Formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term successSet standards and objectives for different storesOptimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiencyLead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goalsUndertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budgetEnsure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelinesDeal with problems by providing creative and practical solutionsevaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve itReport to senior executives on progress and issuesAssist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisitionRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management or any related fieldProven experience as area manager, store manager or similar managerial roleMinimum of 3 years working experience in a food industry as Mid-Management in Operations such as Area/Regional ManagerKnowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principlesSound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for successExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesStrong business acumen with a strategic orientationExcellent problem-solving abilities
