Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related coursePreferably with MBA or related post-graduate degreeAt least 3 years of related experience with relevant technical training in data analytics/ managementProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skillsAbility to make sound decisions and maintain confidentialityExcellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skillsDuties and Responsibilities
Monitors HR-facilitated activities related to recruitment and data analytics·Plans staffing of manpower in relation with the company’s goals and objectivesEnsures that all manpower requirements of all the departments are fulfilledMonitors employee probationary contracts to avoid lapses and legal risksEnsures confidentiality and accuracy of personnel information entered in HRISAnalyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulationsOversees daily work and activity of staffevaluates existing administrative or operational policies, practices and techniques on assigned section and recommends improvementsMaintains manpower in the assigned section. Sets performance goals, monitors team productivity, and provides performance evaluations and constructive feedback to subordinateshecks and prepares inter-office memoranda, communications, and reports related to assigned sectionPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superiors
