Warehouse Staff (Senior Administrator)

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies, Administration, Management or any (4) year related course.At least (1) year and above working experience in warehouse operations.Knowledgeable in MS Word, Power point, and Excel.With leadership skills and good in decision making.With excellent communication skills (both oral and written).With knowledge in physical inventory system.With experience in handling people.Can work in a shifting schedule.Job Description:Responsible to monitor warehouse processed. (Receiving materials issuance and shipping of finish goods and ensure that all comply each standard recruitment stocks.Know how to receive, barcode, issue of materials and shipping products without any issue or error.Able to handle and solve any problem from receiving materials issuance and finished good products.Conduct orientation among WH new members regarding company policies and procedure.Can generate OPL/WI or WP that will help to improve WH process.Can support all related audit like CSR, ISO, RBA, Safety EICC and related company internal and external audits.Can prepare/generate reports required by immediate Supervisor. (KPI monthly/ weekly, System report for materials and FG’s inventory report.Can support all PI counting schedule.Responsible to prepare shipments of raw materials requested by other CM in coordination with sales.General warehouse system administrator.Must work in a shifting schedule.Conduct inventory stock.ERP and Key – in system.WH report preparation.Responsible to prepare shipments of raw materials requested by other CM in coordination with sales.With good communication skills, Developing others, Problem solving, Leadership. Training Required:Warehouse Management Procedure, 7S Safety, ISO, RBA, PPERP & ACKP System.
