Quality Management System Officer/ ISO Document Controller Staff

OSM Group operates our own development centers and factories and has global presence with regional representations. the Quality Management Systems Engineer will manage and lead the Factory in establishing ISO9001, ISO 14001 and SA8000 management system. The incumbent will:

Establish manufacturing and quality systems and procedures, business processes.Prepare the site for all audits whether internal or external and achieve ratings based on desired results as per start-up timelines.Engage and lead actively in customer, supplier, audit and internal audits.Prepare and manage customer related ENVIRONMENT/SA8000 management systems.Implement new/annual suppliers auditPrepare and implement internal audit of ENVIRONMENT/SA8000 management systemsFollow up the corrective action of customer/ supplier/internal audit.Prepare and conduct the training on CSR management system

Measure of Success

100% Customer audit/the 3rd party audit (Audit pass qty/overall audit qty)100% Audit CAP close rate (Closed CAP/(total audits CAP-Pending CAP))Remark: Limit to SA8000 and ISO14001 Mgt. system, except the CAP of involving a lot of money input and working hours and salary issue, and other issues are disable to take improvement confirmed by relevant Dept.100% Yearly supplier audit coverage rate (Audit finished suppliers/total planned suppliers)

Skills and Qualifications

University or College graduate of any engineering or science courses.Specialized in more quality management systems and having relevant certificates.Knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ISO9001 or other related management system standards.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Good communication skillsInternal Auditor CertificationKnowledgeable in any of the ffg: ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, SA8000:2014, IECQ QC080000:2008, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 etc.
