The Maintenance Lead is responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown-related losses. It is also responsible for building the capability of operating teams and equipment owners to deliver overall results to support production.
Responsibilities
Owns the PM systems for the line, focusing on defect handling, breakdown elimination, planning, and scheduling.Supports and leads loss elimination planning.Job Qualifications
