This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Director and Assistant Director in the administration of Cashiering functions and Student Accounts Unit.
Oversees day-to-day operation of the UnitChecks and signs students' Statement of Accounts, Certifications, clearances and promissory notes.Endorses students' letter for outstanding balances from previous School Year / Semester for approval by higher authority.Communicates with parents and students regarding concerns on their unsettled balances and other matters not covered by the policy of the institution. Clarifies unresolved policy concerns with superior.Checks petty cash fund replenishmentchecks and signs payment requisition slip for student's refund and other request pertaining to students.Reviews summary of enrollment bookReviews schedule of PRISAA/INSURANCE/MEDICAL DENTAL for remittance to various institutions.Competencies required:
