JOB DEscriptIONClosing, tracking and monitoring of items and or materials ordered for purchase or deliveryEnsuring all items and or materials purchased are within the required quality and standardsEnsuring timely deliveries of all items and or materials purchased for dispatch and or deploymentMaintain close coordination with operations over purchase orders and requestsMaintaining master file of all items or materials purchased, and tracking of frequency of repeat ordersMaintains good standing and professional relationship with suppliersSubmit Daily, Weekly and Monthly comprehensive reportReports directly to the ManagerJOB SPECIFICATIonCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): multi-tasking, highly organized, can work with less supervision, excellent communication skills, computer literate, tech savvy with a warm personality traitPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.APPLICANTS MUST ATTACH AN UPDATED RESUME WITH PICTURE.
