Overall objective
Maintain quality standard to ensure that all the tests are aligned on the ETAG/CE requirements. Improved and expand testing facilities and equipment and testing processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct raw material internal/external testing to confirm requirements compliance (Tensile strength test, coating test and dimensional measurement).
· Monitor internal test requirements as per the FPC (Factory Production Control).
· Conduct test and apply SPC (Statistical Process Control) method to identify improper QC practices and Quality System deficiencies.
· Prepare test certificate as per customer requirements.
· Keep, maintain, and analyze testing records in accordance with standards and procedures.
· Coordinate with third parties and/or testing agencies for the necessary testing and analysis of products and calibration of tools and equipment.
· Analyze costumer complaints.
· Consultation of standard of reference for testing and material requirements.
· Perform additional QA/QC related duties assigned by superiors.
