Job Summary
Responsible for the implementation of defined and agreed high quality standards from raw materials to finished products, data gathering and interpretation of quality results, and quality yield. Recommend corrective actions to improve the yield. Ensure that all raw materials are properly checked/tested and record each performance. Ensure that all finished goods are properly classified. Investigates the customer's complaint and does technical research when necessary.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
QA Function
Responsible for the documentation of the claim to the suppliers and to the insurance companies.Responsible for the evaluation of the performance of the supplier.Responsible for the results of the accelerated weathering tests and natural exposure.Formulate technical protocol for strategic raw materials.QC Function
Responsible for the satisfaction of customers regarding quality, immediate resolution of customer complaints, and customer returns.Make recommendations for the improvement of material and prime yields.Responsible for the correct classification of finished goods work in process coils and customer returns, as well as the delivery of outsourced materialsResponsible for the mill certificate as requested by the customer.Job Qualifications:
with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing plants.four-year graduateCan perform testing and inspection of related materials.Experienced in quality auditing, investigation, and reporting
