Duties and Responsibilities:
Expected to lead the Quality teamsIndependent quality reviews for transaction processing functions; new hire and refresher trainingsSLA review and oversightReal time coaching of transaction processors continuously improves organizational quality over time with an upward trend YOYHaving an independent quality and training model strengthens our ability to bid more competitively and win more business through RFPPartnership with controls organization is necessary to ensure sample sizes are 1. appropriate for audit and regulatory compliance and 2. meets financial threshold requirementsUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxesQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ yrs related experience preferredMust have at least 2 years leadership experience in a processing Quality teamAbility to provide feedback and coaching to processors and management that drives performance and improves customer experienceAnalytical skills that extend beyond the obvious end resultAbility to conduct root cause analysis and error trendingExperience in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS WordMust be amenable to work on a NightshiftHow to apply?
