The Quality Systems Officer works on identifying and ensuring the best practices in the current systems and processes, and provide an efficient service across all Business Units. He/she will be involved in the management of information and regular reports to establish trends and patterns from the information and data received. He/she will undertake survey and audit projects to continually improve the business/department functions and work with the other Department Heads to agree on operational plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.Strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standardsBackground experience in handling regulatory and statutory requirements in the food industry, a definite advantageExperience handling document Management SystemProficient in various digital software applications and programs (i.e. Microsoft, Canva, Google Sheets, etc.)Proficient in written and verbal communications with ability to relate at all levels in the organizationExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsPreferably with experience working in a manufacturing set-upAbility to work independently
