Quality Control/Assurance Engineer (FPIP - Sto.Tomas Batangas)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering or Quality related field.At least 6 months of working experience specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.Knowledgeable with the requirements of ISO 9001/14001 and other Quality Management System is an advantage.Has knowledge in measurement tools such as caliper, micrometer, etc. is a plus.Has experience of performing internal audit and preparing for ISO 9001 audit is a plus.Has good analytical/critical thinking skill.Has good written and oral communication skills.Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Power point, Word, Teams, and Excel)  3 Full time position(s) available:(1) IPQC Engineer, (1) OQC Engineer, (1) QA EngineerJob Description:(1)  In-process Quality Control (IPQC) or Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) EngineerMaintains frequent coordination with the line inspectors to verify the conformity rate andquality level of production output.Monitor and conduct verification of the inspection result of the in-process output or the outgoing inspection of finished goods.Instruct and train assistant line leaders, inspectors, and checkers to maintain proper QC operation.Generates reports and conducts data analysis of the overall inspection result of each respective section.Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency. (2)  Quality Assurance (QA) EngineerEstablish & revise quality related documented informationResponsible in handling internal document control.Conducts Supplier Audit / Internal AuditManage the internal & external audit finding data base.Issues, follow up, monitor NCAR & verifies/validates its implementation for closureCoordinates ISO awareness and Quality educational activities with supervisor.Initiate improvement study and collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality targets and objectives.Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency.
