JOB DEscriptION:
Overseeing and coaching employeesMaintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processesCompletes production plan by planning and scheduling the manpowerMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and proceduresReview areas for improvement inside the production area Troubleshoot quality and safety issues inside the production areaCompiles and analyzes production recordsQUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalentWith at least 3-5 years of working experience gained in a food manufacturing set-upKnowledgeable in FSSC and QMSWith experience in using Oracle System / SAP / ERP or equivalentOkay with shifting schedule
