Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City for a six (6) -day work week.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available. Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping new product according to development requests and involve in improvement of existing productsDeveloping application recipes to optimize product design for new and existing productsLook out for new trends and new products in the marketResponsible for developing prototypes for customer in a given time frameevaluation of new ingredient submissionsConduct food tasting and sensory evaluationMaintain proper documentation to support costing of new and existing products and any supporting documents.Work closely with inter-departments on the development and launch of new or improved recipesPerform other duties assigned by immediate superiorJob RequirementsRecognised culinary qualification or similar disciplineAt least 2 - 5 year of relevant experience in restaurant/ hotel business/ food manufacturing industryExperience in different cuisine and bakeryPassionate about food product developmentCreative in food preparation and presentationMeticulous with good organizational skillsTeam player with good interpersonal skillsProficient with Microsoft Office
