Responsibilities
Supervises fabrication yard such as furniture or wood works (Cabinets, tables, chairs etc) and metal Works (Aircon Ducts, Canopy frames, Steel Trusses etc.).Supervises installation operations (Aircon Ducting and Steel Erection).Can read and understand Fabrication Drawings.Able to do Cutting List of Materials for FabricationAble to do Material Quantity Take off based on Fabrication Drawings.Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports.Perform Ad Hoc activities as directed by the managementRequirements
Have a minimum 5-7 years construction, aircon ducting fabrication, ducting installation, steel Fabrication & erection. Wood works (furniture)Have strong working knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures and construction work sequences for Furniture and metal Works.Have working knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures.Have experience utilizing MS Excel, Word as minimum requirement
