SALES AREA MANAGER
POSITION PURPOSE
The Sales Area Manager is a leadership role, responsible for the overall revenue generation and operational efficiency of the trade area. As Sales Area Manager, you will help our Franchisees by guiding them in building a profitable and sustainable store network within our brand, and help make their dreams for a successful business with us, a reality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver Results. You will be in charge of overall revenue generation and operational efficiency of the stores in your trade area.
2. Help us Grow. You will manage and facilitate business development and expansion of your respective trade areas through new franchise acquisitions and store opening.
3. Champion our Brand. You will work with the Franchisees to ensure that the customer experiences the best of the brand, by maintaining the quality, service, and cleanliness of all the stores in your trade area.
4. Lead the team. You will coach and mentor the Franchisees assigned to your trade area, for growth within the brand as entrepreneurs and store owners-and-operators.
THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any of their equivalentHave a deep and extensive knowledge in Store Management Operations and Franchise OperationsHave at least 3 years of working experience in the related fieldCan Start ImmediatelyWill oversee Metro Manila and other nearby areas.
