₱ 16000-18000 PHP / Monthly

1.      Greet and escort all guests to their tables.

2.      Recognize guests who frequent the establishment.

3.      Present menu and provide detailed information for any question.

4.      Prepare table by setting up napkins, condiments, silverwares and glasses.

5.      Recommend food and drinks.

6.      Take accurate food and beverage orders.

7.      Communicate to the Cashier for proper keying orders.

8.      Check the quality of the final serving and resolve any issues.

9.      Serve food and drink following the standard operating procedure.

10.  Ensure guest satisfaction while dining.

11.  Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.

12.  Present bill immediately upon request.

13.  Deliver customer payment to the cashier.

Doing cleaning duties: mopping the floor, maintain sanity bathrooms, bussing tables, arranging tables and chairs and cleanliness of dine in area and al fresco.

***Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of Server/Waiter experience in a hotel/fine dining restaurant.
