Responsibilities And Duties

Perform data analytics activities through the usage of available statistical tolls, software and methigs.Analyze data that may come from different sources and make suggestions on the correct from different sources and make suggestions on the correct statistical tools, software and methods to utilizeEnsure statistical analysis output are accurateApply statistical methods in creating survey designs, implementation and data collectionCreation of standard and adhoc reports/ analysis based on statistical concepts or modelsParticipate in internal and external reviews of data analytics outputAssist in presenting data analysis output to internal and external clientsEnsure that statistical results are communicated properly to all levels of managementPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma/College Undergraduate or a Bachelor/College DegreeAt least 5 years QA background, 2 years of which as a QA supervisor in a BPO Set Up is a requirement for this positionStrong English verbal and written communication skillsShould have experience in managing a team.Should have experience in client-facing activities like client calibration, meetings, and performance reviewsRequired Skills: Good Leadership, Organization, and Analytical skillsCandidate should be amenable to work on Shifting Schedules (Day Shift, Mid Shift, NightShift)Applicants must be willing to work in our Laguna Site
